Northern Backcountry Adventures is located in northern Alberta in a small community in the Peace region. Northern Backcountry Adventures is a family owned business operated by father son Jason Frank & Braden Frank. We specialize in Elk, Whitetail and Waterfowl hunts.

Jason grew up in the Peace Region area and has always had a huge passion for hunting. He's guided and personally harvested some tremendous big game animals with his 25+ years experience.

Braden grew up following his dad hunting everywhere. He is relatively new to guiding but has had great success harvesting big game animals

OUR HUNTS

ELK HUNTS

There is a large and increasing population of elk in our hunting area. Our rifle elk hunts for the calling season can start as early as September 17th and go to October 10th. We offer late season Elk hunts as well.

DEER HUNTS

Northern Alberta has a reputation of big whitetails and we have an excellent hunting area for them. Our hunts are offered in the rut season in November and you are usually in a stand or blind

WATERFOWL

Our goose hunts take place on local farmland that offers plenty of feed until end of October. The hunt is a field hunt where we use top of the line decoys and coffin blinds
